Refund Policy

After purchase, you will receive your Digital Product immediately to your email. You will receive an email with a PDF Document attached of the purchased items. Please understand, that there will be NO REFUNDS and that ALL sales are FINAL. 

Understand that if you file a dispute, your bank will be notified of the fraudulent activities you have participated in. Documented evidence will be sent over and legal action will be taken. 

PLEASE NOTE that if you enter an address other than the one on file with the credit or debit card's issuing bank, or an incorrect CVV code, Certified Digitals will deny your transaction for security purposes. Additionally, rejected debit card transactions may cause the funds to be held by your bank for up to 5 business days before being release back to the card. PLEASE make sure your address matches the card you are using to purchase.
